Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual with professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Payroll certification (HRCI or SHRM) preferred.
• 3–5 years of payroll experience preferred.
• Strong PC application skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payroll timely according to the established schedule.
• Administer employee deductions, benefits, and garnishments.
• Ensure payroll taxes are withheld and filed properly (federal, state, local).
• Support COBRA and 401(k) administration and annual open enrollment.
• Maintain accurate employee records in payroll and benefits systems.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to identify change opportunities and streamline processes.
