Job Description

Position: Time and Attendance - Payroll Associate Analyst

MSK seeks a resilient, detail-oriented professional for a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure accurate, timely reporting of hours worked and paid absences for over 22,000 employees using our Time & Attendance system and Workday Absence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage high-volume tasks related to MSK Time and Workday Absence, including reporting, security, and assistance requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws.
2. Provide guidance via email and ServiceNow, resolving issues efficiently.
3. Handle escalated issues, track overpayments, and process retroactive corrections.
4. Create training guides, prepare audit documentation, and stay updated on labor laws and policies.
5. Assist with payroll and finance tasks, including processing earnings adjustments.

Key Qualifications

1. Experience in time and attendance management.
2. Experience managing payroll for 5,000+ employees.
3. Experience with Time & Attendance systems (Symplr preferred).
4. Familiarity with case management platforms (ServiceNow preferred).
5. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
