Job summary

Pacific Manufacturing Ohio is seeking a payroll clerk to perform clerical payroll functions and support bi-weekly payroll processing at our Fairfield, Ohio facility.

Responsibilities include setting up temporary staff in Time on Demand, reviewing attendance for pay issues, maintaining payroll files, and assisting with payroll orientation when needed. Shift is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch.

Qualifications

• Paycor experience is preferred.
• Data entry and good record keeping techniques.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft business applications (Word and Excel).
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in order to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information received.

Pacific Manufacturing Ohio is a Tier-1 Automotive parts supplier based in Fairfield, Ohio. As a subsidiary of Pacific Industrial in Ogaki City, Japan, we specialize in metal stamping components, plastic extrusion, and TMPS for auto manufacturers in the United States and Canada.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
