Job summary

Klauer Manufacturing is seeking a Staff Accountant to own daily accounting processes including payroll, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation. The role supports the general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will collaborate with HR, payroll service providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain documentation. Prior ERP and Excel proficiency are essential in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll cycle and related reconciliations, with HR and payroll provider.
• Manage accounts receivable, aging, and customer communications.
• Perform bank reconciliations and close support tasks.
• Prepare journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and reporting, with documentation.
• Assist with year-end payroll and applicable compliance reporting.
