Job summary

Tapestry 360 Health is seeking a Payroll & AP Manager to lead biweekly payroll, accounts payable, time and attendance, and payroll audit. You will ensure accurate disbursements, certify expenses, and assist with monthly close while supervising two staff and coordinating with HR on ADP Work Force Now management.

The role requires collaboration with executive leadership and managers, and adherence to nonprofit accounting practices. A Bachelor’s degree and AP/payroll experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least two years of AP and payroll management experience.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• HRIS experience, preferably ADP products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly AP payment cycle and vendor reconciliation.
• Manage biweekly payroll processing and timecard approvals.
• Audit payroll records and analyze salary expenses vs. budget.
• Present payroll for payment by the Controller.
• Support monthly close and audits.
• Collaborate with HR on ADP Work Force Now management.
