Honigman LLP in Detroit seeks a Payroll and Compensation Analyst to deliver analytical, financial, and operational support for the payroll team across employees and partners. The role collaborates with Tax and FP&A to ensure precise compensation planning and acts as backup for payroll processing.

The Payroll and Compensation Analyst provides analytical, financial, and operational support for the payroll team for both employee and attorney populations. This position is responsible for payroll and compensation analysis, budgeting and forecasting support, account reconciliations and report creation and maintenance. This position collaborates closely with the Tax Department and Financial Planning & Analysis group to ensure accurate financial management and strategic compensation planning. This position also provides backup coverage for payroll processing.
Honigman provides a generous total compensation package, which includes comprehensive health and well-being benefits, as well as 401k and profit sharing. The anticipated annual pay range for this role is $75,000 to $95,000 (exempt). The actual offered pay rate will be determined based on various factors, including qualifications, experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and internal equity considerations.
