Summary

Are you analytical and love working with Excel? Then this Corporate Payroll Analyst position is for you! Apply today! You will configure and manage ADP Workforce Now including payroll, benefits, and time tracking. You will be responsible for administering the company-wide bi-weekly payroll processes, special projects, and more!

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and process company-wide payroll while adhering to applicable local, state, and federal employment laws.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for HCM data, system configuration, business process configuration, and reporting.
  • Analyze compensation-related data including salary ranges.
  • Update salary ranges for salaried and hourly positions for accurate compensation ratio analysis.
  • Ensure data analysis accuracy and completeness for global manpower reporting.
  • Manage the employee and manager self-service features.
  • Process status changes and updates in the ADP system.
  • Work with ADP representatives to understand analytics within the ADP system.
  • Maintain employee benefit files and other record keeping.
  • Configure ADP cloud document management.
  • Provide support to plant HR personnel on benefit/payroll functions.
  • Process open enrollment benefit plan transfers and provide support to online benefit administration for plant employees.
  • Maintain vendor contacts to investigate discrepancies and provide information in non-routine situations.
  • Assist in the reporting and analysis of employee utilization of current benefits and develop specific recommendations for review by management.
  • Track leave of absence approvals and rejections through third party.
  • Work with ADP representatives to respond to notifications from state agencies regarding unemployment claims filed by former employees.
  • Work with ADP representatives to issue annual individual summary of benefits to employees.
  • Serve as an administrator for Certify and work with accounting to reconcile payroll expenses.
  • Train plant HR and Managers on new ADP features and changes.
  • Work with ADP representatives to troubleshoot clock issues dealing with time and attendance.
  • Be responsible for COBRA administration and maintenance.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (Human Resources) with at least 7 years of experience in positions related to HRIS, payroll, IT, HCM configuration, benefit administration, etc. required.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience using payroll software and processing payroll is required.
  • 5 plus years’ experience managing a team required.
  • ADP Workforce Now experience is required – a minimum of 5 years of configuration and payroll processing experience. A combination of similar system experience may be substituted.
  • Strong computer and database skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of corporate policies and compliance.
  • Demonstrated prior success in achieving results using team-driven philosophies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supporting corporate interests to remote site locations and ability to communicate and exercise very positive people skills.
  • Precise attention to detail and accuracy.
