Job summary

ThyssenKrupp Presta AG is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations for U.S. and Canadian locations. You will administer timekeeping, prepare payroll files, validate data, and provide processing support across multiple payroll cycles.

The role requires 3+ years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ADP/Kronos and other ERP systems. Collaboration with HR and managers is essential to meet processing deadlines.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail with ability to handle confidential information.
Experience with payroll processing, timekeeping, pay calculations, and wage/hour requirements.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; 3+ years of payroll/timekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer timekeeping activities, including edits, adjustments, exception review, approvals, and time data validation.
Partner with HR, managers, and supervisors to resolve timekeeping or payroll-related issues before processing deadlines.
Prepare, validate, and load payroll files for bonuses, incentives, profit sharing, deferred compensation, adjustments, and other approved pay items.
Support payroll cycles by completing inputs, audits, validations, corrections, and processing tasks.
Monitor payroll inquiries and resolve or route pay issues as appropriate.
Load garnishment documents into systems and follow up on employer actions.
Provide backup support for recurring payroll tasks, off-cycle payments, retroactive adjustments, and other payroll activities.
Follow payroll controls and maintain SOP documentation for assigned responsibilities.
