Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Payroll Processing Analyst (Payroll Analyst II) to join our HR Systems & Payroll team. You will manage payroll processing, verify data, and transmit information for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least three years of payroll experience, proficiency with Excel, and experience with payroll software (ADP preferred). You will collaborate with clients and support payroll tax reporting and audits.

• Prior experience with payroll software is required; knowledge of ADP is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationship with clients.
• Input, verify and transmit payroll data for clients.
• Update the payroll system for new hires, terminations, salary changes, department changes or any other pertinent payroll information received.
• Prepare quarterly payroll tax reports as needed.
• Complete mortgage and SUI verifications, as requested.
• Assist with workers' compensation audits, preparation of employee census data, upload retirement plan contribution data, respond to tax notices as necessary.
• Process bonus payments and other special payrolls upon request.

About the role:

CLA is seeking a Payroll Processing Analyst (Payroll Analyst II) to join our HR Systems & Payroll (HRSP) team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in handling a wide range of payroll responsibilities, including administration, distribution and record-keeping for our valued clients.

As a Payroll Analyst II, you will:

• Manage and develop relationship with clients.
• Input, verify and transmit payroll data for clients.
• Update the payroll system for new hires, terminations, salary changes, department changes or any other pertinent payroll information received.
• Prepare quarterly payroll tax reports as needed.
• Complete mortgage and SUI verifications, as requested.
• Assist with workers' compensation audits, preparation of employee census data, upload retirement plan contribution data, respond to tax notices as necessary.
• Process bonus payments and other special payrolls upon request.
