Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration OR 7+ years payroll experience.
• Minimum 7 years of payroll experience with automated processing.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills; good communication.

Responsabilités

• Process bi-weekly payroll and HRIS reports for managers.
• Ensure timecards are accurate and complete.
• Prepare year-end payroll statements and W-2 reconciliation.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and reporting.
• Produce payroll reports for department managers.
