Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end weekly/biweekly payrolls from our Whippany, NJ office on a hybrid schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of payroll experience, strong Oracle HCM knowledge, and excellent communication. Responsibilities include disability, 401k, and compliance tasks with a focus on accuracy and service.
This position is responsible for the end to end process of the weekly and/or biweekly payrolls. The Payroll Administrator will assist with performing a wide variety of record keeping activities, including but not limited to short-term disability, leave administration, 401K administration, maintaining the payroll mailbox, and employment verification.The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for resolving pay discrepancies and ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered to both internal and external customers.
Location: This position follows a hybrid schedule requiring 4 days in-office at our Whippany, NJ location and 1 day remote.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $27.88 - $34.00 per hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
