This permanent role offers growth in a manufacturing and service environment, with exposure to monthly statements, audits, and budgets. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting and at least five years of related experience, plus strong Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in engineering.
• Proficient in payroll processing, vendor payments, and balance sheet accounts.
• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage vendor payments and ensure timely settlements.
• Handle balance sheet accounts (insurance, rent, lease) and ensure accuracy.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
• Collaborate with finance team to ensure data accuracy and policy alignment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial operations follow company policies.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain internal controls and confidentiality of financial information.
• Participate in audits and implement recommendations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
