Job summary

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
• Familiar with batch-type accounting systems.
• Strong organizational, billing, customer service and data entry skills.
• Ability to prepare, file and reconcile data.
• Experience processing vouchers.

Responsibilities

• Process fiscal transactions and maintain journals and ledgers.
• Prepare fiscal summaries and payroll data; verify pay rates & deductions.
• Classify, post and reconcile transactions to budgets.
• Travel between sites as needed for coverage.
