Job summary

Qualifications

• GS-04 requires one year of generalized experience equivalent to GS-03.
• GS-05 requires one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-04.
• GS-06 requires one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-05.
• Specialized experience includes processing financial/accounting transactions using standardized procedures.
• Volunteer experience is qualifying and can provide valuable training.

Responsibilities

• Processing a variety of payroll actions such as establishing, adjusting and closing payroll accounts.
• Preparing and balancing payroll reports.
• Reviewing financial/accounting systems information for accuracy and completeness.
• Inputting financial/accounting information into automated systems.
