Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, particularly INFOR
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
• Exposure to cost and inventory accounting
• Experience supporting audits and internal controls
• Knowledge of ISO standards and OSHA documentation requirements

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of accounting operations experience, ideally within manufacturing and multi-site operations
• Hands-on experience with INFOR ERP system

• Ability to work in an office environment with prolonged computer use
• Must meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities effectively
