Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of general clerical experience including some financial record keeping.
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Process personnel actions and timekeeping.
• Assist payroll processing and payables.
• Coordinate with County Finance and HR for personnel actions.
• Prepare invoices for payment and handle other administrative tasks.
