Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a permanent Payroll Accountant to manage both international and domestic payroll for a diverse workforce. The role requires coordinating with HR, accounting and payroll providers while ensuring compliance and accuracy across timekeeping, deductions, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of payroll and accounting experience and be proficient with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC or ADP platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years payroll and general accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• Experience with ADP or Dynamics software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process international and domestic payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Administer deductions, tax codes, garnishments, retirement-plan deductions and time off accruals.
• Record payroll entries and reconcile to the general ledger, including benefits and related liabilities.
• Prepare and review weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll reports.
• Address employee payroll questions and provide timely support.
• Support audits, compliance and inquiries from government agencies.
• Collaborate with HR, accounting, treasury and payroll providers.
• Improve payroll processes, controls and reporting.
