Job summary

SonderMind seeks a Director, Payor Strategy & Integrations, to lead enterprise growth with national and regional payor partners. You will bridge clinical innovation and payor economics, designing integration roadmaps, and driving activation of our payor partner base.

You’ll mentor a high-performing team, translate AI-powered solutions into clinical and financial ROI, and shape the product roadmap while representing SonderMind at industry conferences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in high-level B2B health tech partnerships or value-based strategy
• Proven track record closing seven-figure, multi-stakeholder deals
• Deep understanding of the payor landscape and dynamics
• Experience scaling high-performing teams and leading through pivots
• Ability to translate clinical value into business strategy and priorities

Responsibilities

• Architect Payor Integration Strategy and mentor a high-performing team
• Own Payor Channel Activation and growth
• Translate SonderMind’s AI-powered solutions into ROI stories for Payor Medical Directors and Actuaries
• Influence product roadmap by voicing payor needs to cross-functional teams
• Represent SonderMind at national conferences to raise market visibility
• Develop playbooks and scale enterprise accounts from implementation to expansion
• Leverage AI-driven tools to automate payor reporting and generate clinical insights
