You will lead a high-performing team, engage payors at senior levels, and drive market visibility through conferences and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in high-level B2B health tech partnerships or value-based strategy.
- Proven track record of closing seven-figure, multi-stakeholder deals with payors.
- Deep understanding of the payor landscape and dynamics.
- Experience leading and scaling high-performing teams.
- Ability to translate clinical value into business impact and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Architect Payor Integration Strategy for national and regional payors.
- Own Payor Channel Activation and Growth for payor partnerships.
- Translate SonderMind's AI-powered solutions into ROI narratives for Payor Directors and Actuaries.
- Influence Product Roadmap as the Voice of the Payor across functions.
- Represent SonderMind at national conferences and build market visibility.
- Develop playbooks and scale enterprise accounts from implementation to expansion.
- Leverage AI tools to automate payor reporting and insights.
