SonderMind is seeking a Director, Payor Strategy & Integrations to architect our enterprise growth by aligning clinical innovation with payor economics. You will lead a team, bridge clinical and payor needs, and drive integration roadmaps for national and regional partners.

You’ll translate our AI-powered solutions into compelling ROI stories, influence cross-functional product priorities, and represent the company at major industry conferences, shaping strategy and outcomes for large accounts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B health tech partnerships or value-based strategy.
• Proven track record closing seven-figure, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Deep payor landscape understanding.
• Experience leading high-performing teams.
• Able to translate clinical value into business impact.
• Comfort in undefined processes and building infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Architect Payor Integration Strategy for national and regional payors.
• Own Payor Channel Activation and Growth.
• Translate SonderMind's AI-powered solutions into ROI stories for Payor Directors and Actuaries.
• Influence Product Roadmap as the Voice of the Payor.
• Represent SonderMind at national conferences (BHT, HLTH, AHIP).
• Develop the internal playbook for scaling enterprise accounts.
• Leverage AI to automate payor reporting and generate data-driven insights.
