Job summary

Compassus in Brentwood, TN seeks a Payor Contracting and Strategy Manager responsible for shaping the payor contracting strategy and expanding partnership opportunities. The role collaborates with contracting, operations, finance, strategy, and M&A to grow the business.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of healthcare payor experience and a strong background in negotiations, contracting, and account management, with advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare work experience with payor strategy, contracting, negotiations, and/or account management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor payor portfolio and identify opportunities across hospice, palliative, home health, and home infusion.
• Manage payor engagement process including material creation, financial modeling, outreach, negotiations, contracting, and implementation.
• Develop annual payor contracting strategy with leadership and service lines.
• Produce analyses, roadmaps, and materials for growth strategy audiences.
