Hippocratic AI is seeking an Agent Deployment Architect focused on payor integrations, onsite in Minnesota with weekly travel to client sites in Minneapolis. You will lead technical payor engagements, educate stakeholders on features, and help shape workflows around claims processing and population health.

Expect frequent collaboration with product, engineering, AI, clinical, and sales teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare implementation or product management and strong API

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare implementation or product management.
• 5+ years integrating platforms using APIs.
• Familiarity with healthcare data models.
• Proven ability to cultivate strong customer relationships and deliver exemplary product support.
• Translating external stakeholder needs into internal product requirements.
• Experience partnering with engineers to deliver product features.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical aspects of payor engagements during pre- and post-sales.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for payor organizations.
• Provide guidance on claims processing, coverage determinations, population health initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI, clinical, and sales teams.
• Develop tooling and playbooks to streamline pre-sales activities for payor clients.
• Navigate data integrations (EHR, CRM, ERP) and interoperability standards.
