Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Payor Contracting Manager to support the VP of Contracting and Public Policy. You will manage payor contracting activities, enrollments, and location adds for a multi-state ABA services provider, coordinating with clinical, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate records and timely submissions.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of ABA contracting experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong organizational skills to handle multiple

Qualifications

• 2-3 years contracting experience in ABA or healthcare payor enrollments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for professional correspondence.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with accuracy and follow-through.
• Understanding of deadlines and implications of missed submissions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Support VP of Contracting and Public Policy with enrollments and contracting projects.
• Coordinate initial and ongoing enrollments with commercial payors and Medicaid programs.
• Prepare and submit required documentation for enrollments and contracts.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle, operations and leadership for information needs.
• Maintain location rosters across payors and internal systems.
• Submit and track location adds with payors as new sites come online.
• Monitor submissions status and address issues to avoid delays.
• Share approvals and dates with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized contracting files and audit-ready docs.
• Serve as contact with payor representatives and respond to requests.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle and Finance on fee schedules and CPT codes.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
