Job summary

Elevance Health, serving BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy, seeks an Account Service Manager to drive strategic planning and manage contractual obligations for large accounts. You will oversee onboarding for new and renewing clients and coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

The role requires BA/BS and at least 3 years in business ops or customer relationships, with Payor experience highly valued. A hybrid in-office weekly schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationships
• Payor experience preferred; project or product management experience valued

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic planning and account management for large accounts.
• Directs and manages the administration of contractual requirements and obligations.
• Manages the new and renewal implementation process for accounts.
• Interfaces with operations to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Maintains ongoing account relationships at multiple levels throughout the customers' organizations.
• Makes recommendations for improvements to meet customers' expectations.
• Provides both on-site and off-site customer service, including interpreting plan design and resolving inquiries, claims, benefits and enrollment issues.
• Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal processes and training sessions.
• Makes routine account visits.
