Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field and 5+ years of payor contracting experience.
• Experience in specialty pharmacy, infusion pharmacy, PBM, or health plan environments.
• Equivalent education/experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of payor contracts including review and renewals.
• Serve as SME on contract terms and reimbursement methodologies.
• Track contract expirations, renewals, and amendments to ensure compliance.
• Analyze reimbursement methodologies and identify risks and revenue leakage.
• Collaborate with finance to resolve reimbursement discrepancies and support forecasting and profitability reporting.
• Translate contract terms into operational requirements for pricing and payor rules.
