Job summary

Infosys seeks a Domain Consultant 2 in the U.S. to analyze client banking processes, focusing on payments, ISO 20022, and related rails. The role requires collaboration with technical teams to document configurations and create SOPs, while benchmarking and researching third-party solutions.

You will coordinate implementation, gather requirements, and maintain technical documentation to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the financial industry with payment rails (high value wire payments).
• Experience in payment-based messaging systems and ISO 20022 interfaces.
• Experience in Wires/Money Transfer domains (RTGS, SWIFT, FED, CHIPS, CHAPS, SEPA, Target2, ISO2022).
• Experience in Payment product configuration (ACI - MTS/UPF/RTPF/AOD).
• Experience in gathering requirements from stakeholders and delivering solutions.

Responsibilities

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry-specific standards and best practices
⦁ Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain-specific insights
⦁ Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector
⦁ Conduct in-depth research on third-party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability
⦁ Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience in the financial industry in appropriate Payment rails such as high value wire payments etc.
• Experience in payment-based messaging systems
• Experience in ISO 20022 interface standards
• Experience in Wires/Money Transfer domain experience – RTGS, SWIFT, FED, CHIPS, CHAPS, SEPA, Target, Target2, ISO2022, etc.
• Experience in Payment product configuration: ACI - MTS/UPF/RTPF/AOD
• Experience in interacting with stakeholders for requirements gathering & provide solution.
• Knowledge on E2E payment implementation, SWIFT MT/MX messages

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience in XML, JSON, API
• Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in
Pennington, NJ will be Min - $90,722 to Max $121,524
