Citi in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Senior Business Execution Lead within the Payments Technology Business Execution team. You will oversee a $200 million technology budget and drive financial management, governance, and strategic execution across global portfolios.

The role requires 10+ years in finance/strategy roles, strong executive communication, and ability to influence across matrixed organizations. Bachelor's in BA/Info Systems and MBA preferred; full-time with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Business Execution, Business Management, Chief of Staff, Strategy, Finance, Program Management, or Technology Management roles.
Proven experience managing large-scale technology budgets and financial planning processes.
Strong understanding of financial services, technology organizations, governance, and organizational management.
Demonstrated client-facing experience with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to influence and drive results across complex, global, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee a technology budget of approximately $200 million, ensuring alignment with strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, expense management, productivity tracking, resource planning, and investment governance activities.
Lead financial reviews and provide recommendations on expenditure, investment, and resource allocation decisions.
Provide senior leadership across centralized financial management initiatives, including direct green budget governance, client allocation processes, and financial planning activities.
Ensure PTS financial cleanliness through accurate reporting, ownership alignment, expense governance, chargeback accuracy, and adherence to financial controls.
Identify cost optimization opportunities and partner with Finance and technology leaders to improve productivity and financial efficiency.
Develop executive-level financial reporting, metrics, and insights to support leadership decision-making.
