Job summary

Finix Payments, Inc. seeks a Support Engineer in San Francisco to be the front line for customers, collaborating with Revenue, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve the payments platform.

You will handle RESTful APIs issues, document solutions, and help customers build robust payments stacks. A BS/MS in CS or bootcamp experience is acceptable, with strong communication and a fast-paced, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with RESTful JSON APIs, debugging, and SQL.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Revenue, Product, and Engineering on projects and tasks; manage support ticket queue and respond to tickets.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and document technical customer issues and solutions.
• Build strong relationships with Finix users and identify product gaps and improvements.
• Act as customer advocate in cross-functional product meetings.
• Engage in team learnings to understand the payments ecosystem.
