Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management or engineering experience in payment hardware/software.
• Regional accountability for a product portfolio.
• Understanding of PCI/EMV and POS functionality.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers, commercial teams and architects to drive regional solutions.
• Define and refine the payment roadmap for the region, including compliance and requirements.
• Gather and act on Voice of Customer input for adoption and revenue growth.
• Develop business cases for new products/features to increase revenue.
• Coordinate with standards bodies and plan delivery in the roadmap.
• Drive engineering priorities through program increments with product leaders.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing for value proposition and GTM materials.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to shape strategy.
• Package and price products using data from customers, sales, and market intel.
