Responsibilities

• Verifies the accuracy of incoming and outgoing wires in compliance with regulations.
• Processes verification of deposits (VOD) requests promptly and efficiently.
• Handles levies, liens, receiverships, and garnishments per procedures and legal guidelines.
• Manages incoming and returned mail and updates member records as required.
• Ensures RDC check images and funds transfer reviews are processed smoothly.
• Assists with processing Zelle disputes and related reports.
