Ripple is building a world where value moves like information. We seek a Payments Discovery & Strategy leader to map client payment workflows and advise on modernization, driving API‑driven bank connectivity.

You will configure Ripple Treasury, transform data flows between ERPs and banking portals, and partner with Platform Connectivity to deliver scalable connectivity solutions. This role blends treasury expertise with hands-on technical mastery and cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate payment operations experience, including multi-currency wire processing and real-time rails.
• Hands-on experience with bank connectivity methods—SWIFT, SFTP/H2H file exchange, and direct bank APIs; understanding ISO 20022.
• Strong knowledge of payment controls: approval workflows, dual-authorization, sanctions screening, and fraud detection in treasury.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery sessions to map a client’s end-to-end payment workflows—wire, ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, RTP, and beyond.
• Advise clients on payment modernization strategies, including migration to API-driven bank connectivity via the ClearConnect Gateway (CCG).
• Configure and test bank connectivity for payment initiation, including SWIFT, SFTP/H2H, and direct API integrations via the CCG framework.
• Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for payment connectivity issues and diagnose failures across portals, middleware, and Ripple Treasury.
• Collaborate to validate new bank connectors against client requirements, providing feedback on API capabilities and gaps.
• Design and execute data mapping scripts and payment format transformations, owning QA of configuration logic.
• Manage ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) ensuring seamless payment data flow across the client’s systems.
