Job summary

Adobe seeks a Payments & Commercial Abuse Analyst to identify, investigate, and mitigate fraud, abuse, and monetization risks across its commerce ecosystem. You will analyze payments activity, abuse patterns, and customer signals to craft scalable mitigation strategies in partnership with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams.

Qualifications

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in translating complex risk data into actionable recommendations.
Strong analytical and investigative skills to identify patterns and drive decision-making.
Experience using SQL and data analysis techniques to support investigations, validate hypotheses, and generate intelligence.

Responsibilities

Investigate payment fraud, monetization abuse, account misuse, and commercial abuse schemes.
Analyze transactions, payment activity, and subscriber usage to identify risk signals.
Develop detection strategies, risk signals, and enforcement actions with cross-functional partners.
Balance fraud prevention with customer experience in evaluating controls and policies.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Trust & Safety teams to improve detection capabilities.
