Job summary

Adobe Payments & Commercial Abuse Analyst role seeks to identify, investigate, and mitigate fraud and abuse across Adobe's commerce ecosystem. Using data-driven investigations, payment risk analysis, and cross-functional partnerships, the team protects revenue and reduces customer friction.

You will collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and product teams to define indicators, improve models, and deliver actionable intelligence that strengthens trust in Adobe products and services.

Qualifications

  • Experience using SQL/SPL and data analysis techniques to support investigations.
  • Ability to translate investigative findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in payments risk, commerce fraud, or trust and safety.
  • Self-motivated and able to work across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate complex payment fraud and monetization abuse across Adobe's commerce ecosystem.
  • Analyze transactions, customer behaviors, payment activity, and signals to identify patterns and assess risk.
  • Develop risk assessments and response recommendations.
  • Translate findings into scalable detection strategies and operational controls.
  • Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and AI teams to enhance detection capabilities.
  • Produce intelligence assessments on emerging abuse patterns and monetization risks.
  • Collaborate with Product, Commerce, Risk, Customer Support, and Engineering teams to address threats.
