ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Payments Project Manager to join its client’s Strategic Payments Innovation team in Charlotte, NC on-site. You will lead delivery of a major payments technology initiative and work with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams.

The role requires 7+ years in enterprise tech projects, strong SDLC and Agile experience, and excellent stakeholder communication to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a strategic payments technology initiative focused on integrating next-generation payments platforms with SWIFT's ledger technology.
• Coordinate project planning, execution, governance, and risk management to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Partner closely with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams to develop and implement innovative payment solutions.
• Facilitate technical discussions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and engineering efforts.
• Manage functional and technical requirements, track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise technology projects, particularly in the payments domain.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing application development projects with engineering teams.
