Job summary

VSG Business Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong FinTech and Payments expertise to drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of payment products and platforms. The role requires deep knowledge of payment ecosystems, digital transactions, banking integrations, and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to deliver innovative, scalable, and secure payment solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech payments and ecosystems.
• Familiarity with ISO 8583, ISO 20022, and SWIFT.
• CSPO or SAFe Product Owner/PM certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for payments products and services.
• Gather, define, and prioritize business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as liaison between business, engineering, and external payment partners.
• Lead end-to-end delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Manage backlogs, sprint planning, and release prioritization.
• Define product vision aligned with payment strategy and goals.
• Monitor KPIs, adoption, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and security teams on regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and efficiency.
• Support UAT, releases, and post-implementation reviews.
