Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Domain Consultant 2 in the United States to analyze client processes, benchmark performance, and document configurations for digital cash management and payments open banking initiatives.

You will collaborate with technical teams to drive process optimization, develop SOPs, and coordinate implementation across banking domains, including corporate and investment banking. This role requires relocation/travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cash Management and Digital Commercial banking domains.
• Experience with Digital Cash Management, Open Banking, and payments integration.
• Experience as Payments Domain Product Owner or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align with industry standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies with stakeholders to align solution performance with domain insights.
• Document system customizations and configurations; draft SOPs and workflows for functional requirements.
• Research third‑party products and provide comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate solution implementations and support SOP development to ensure post‑implementation stability.
