Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Domain Consultant 2 in Charlotte, NC, focusing on Payments and Digital Banking with expertise in Open Banking APIs. You will analyze client processes, benchmark solutions, and document SOPs while collaborating across technical teams and stakeholders.

Required experience includes payments applications (MTS, ACH, Pep+, RDC) and strong consulting/documentation skills, with relocation/travel as needed. Infosys offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Experience in Payments/Digital Banking with Open Banking APIs understanding.
Experience capturing requirements for internal/external consulting and mapping current processes.
Experience with Payment applications such as MTS, ACH, Pep+, RDC, Internal Payments.
Agile capabilities and certified Product Owner (PO).

Responsibilities

Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align with industry standards.
Facilitate benchmarking studies and align solution performance with domain insights.
Collaborate with technical teams and document system configurations and SOPs.
Conduct research on third-party products and provide feature/cost/scalability comparisons.
Coordinate implementation of solutions and support in SOP development and maintenance.
