Job summary

Infosys Limited is hiring for a Domain Consultant 2 in the US where you will analyze client processes, benchmark performance, and document system configurations to support financial services transformations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with industry standards and domain insights.

You will lead research on third-party products, coordinate implementation efforts, and develop SOPs to maintain system stability and performance post‑go‑live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience translating developer feedback into actionable requirements.
• Understanding of Platform Engineering and Cloud-Native environments.
• Experience defining and reporting KPIs, OKRs, adoption metrics, and productivity outcomes.
• Experience supporting product launches and developer communications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies with stakeholders.
• Document system customizations and draft SOPs/workflows.
• Research third-party products and provide comparative analysis.
• Coordinate solution implementation and post-implementation SOPs.
