Job summary

The Home Depot seeks a Product Manager to deliver business value by driving product changes with a team of developers, designers, and business partners. You will support cross-functional product teams, conduct user research, and translate business goals into actionable product priorities.

You will work to improve sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction through enterprise product line initiatives, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and maintaining a prioritized backlog.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working as a Product Manager in a modern software development based enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience with modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies, specifically XP practices (paired programming, test driven development, continuous deployment).
• Experience in a fast paced, fluid environment where priorities shift regularly.
• Experience communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy and translate goals into a clear product backlog.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business partners to deliver incremental product value.
• Define metrics, run analyses, and adjust the backlog based on learnings.
• Conduct user research to identify stories and MVPs.
• Prioritize user stories, participate in release planning and demos.
• Communicate product direction to stakeholders and leadership.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and advocate for end users.
