Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Product Manager to drive business value across enterprise product lines. You’ll collaborate with developers, designers, and business partners to deliver quality products that enhance sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

You will translate goals into strategy, define metrics, run user research, and guide backlog and release planning while partnering with finance to build compelling business cases. The role emphasizes collaboration and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Minimum: High school diploma or GED.
Experience in product management or similar roles is valued.
Familiarity with modern software development and agile practices.

Responsibilities

30% People: collaborate with Engineering and UX to deliver value and remove impediments.
30% Delivery: align product with priorities, manage backlog, plan releases.
40% Strategy & Planning: understand customer needs, define roadmap, and measure value.
Conduct user research to identify user stories and MVPs.
Work with Finance to outline business cases and budgets.
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to guide solutions.
Translate business goals into clear product direction for teams.
Dull technical details into non-technical language for stakeholders.
