Job summary

Inspire Brands, Inc. seeks a Staff Tech Operations Engineer for Payment & POPS to ensure stability and efficiency of the POPS platforms.

You will monitor, maintain, support, and optimize data flows from settlements to content management across systems, with a focus on high customer satisfaction. You will drive post-launch success, build executive dashboards, and coordinate with brand teams, vendors, and franchisees to align requirements and deliver reliable technology programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in design, development, and implementation related to payment technologies in the context of point-of-sale systems.
• 4-year Degree in business administration, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in multiband, franchise, retail, foodservice, or consumer-facing industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the SONIC brand’s payment & POPS IT products work as expected and provide Level 3 Support for all products within the team’s purview, including content changes and release management.
• Leads a team that performs Level 3 coordination for payment and POPS platforms.
• Establishes connections with brand and franchisee teams to ensure understanding of requirements and serves as a SME in meetings; communicates clearly with all stakeholders.
• Mentors and builds knowledge within the team so each member can own their work with minimal oversight.
• Sets strategy and process for executing regular operational work to configure content across IT products.
