Job summary

Duke Energy in Raleigh, NC seeks a senior product leader to own the payment platform implementation and strategy for a new customer-facing platform. You will drive the roadmap, align cross-functional teams, and partner with stakeholders to optimize payments, conversion, and long-term revenue.

The role requires deep domain knowledge in consumer payments, strong executive communication skills, and the ability to manage external vendors and complex programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience; or Associate's degree with 7 years related experience.
• In lieu of a bachelor's/associates, a High School Diploma/GED with 9 years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns the payment platform implementation, product strategy and roadmap.
• Drive evolution of payment experiences to optimize subscriber growth.
• Own full product lifecycle for the payment platform from strategy to launch.
• Improve purchase conversion, first payment success, renewal and retention.
