Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Three to five years of experience in Payments, Compliance, and/or Fraud Management.
• Previous supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Understanding of electronic and card payment processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate documents for PRC and CR meetings.
• Review PRC and CR submissions and prepare agenda materials.
• Draft and finalize PRC meeting minutes for Board approval.
• Manage the Payments Program Watchlist and related operations.
• Supervise the Partnerships Operational Support staff.
• Support program risk assessments and cross-department coordination.
• Lead special projects for Payments Partnerships & Client Services.
