Job summary

Boost Payment Solutions is seeking a motivated UAT Analyst to join our Payment Operations Team. As the second UAT support resource, you will assist with day-to-day operations by testing business processes, running QC checks, and supporting UAT for new features, system updates, and production fixes.

You will help ensure our systems work as intended by testing workflows and providing clear feedback to the Payment Operations and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in UAT, QA, or operations support.
• Proficient in JIRA and Confluence for issue tracking.
• Experience with test planning, defect tracking, and docs preferred.
• Payments or card processing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define acceptance criteria for new functionality.
• Write and execute UAT test cases, including edge cases.
• Monitor production data and handle reports.
• Identify and track issues in JIRA.
• Support cross-functional teams through testing to production.
• Build regression test suites and improve testing processes.
• Communicate progress and risks to team leads.
