Job summary

SouthEast Bank is seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to perform QA testing across banking applications, including core banking, online/mobile platforms, and dashboards. You will develop test plans, execute cases, and validate data accuracy against requirements.

You will collaborate with business units, technology teams, and vendors to ensure changes meet requirements and are production-ready, while maintaining documentation and communicating testing status clearly prior to release.

Qualifications

• Must have experience testing core banking and related systems.
• Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans for complex banking applications.
• Familiarity with banking rules and data integrity checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute test plans and test cases for new applications and changes.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across banking systems.
• Validate data accuracy and business rules against requirements.
• Identify, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with business units, technology teams, product owners, and vendors to ensure coverage.
• Support UAT, releases, upgrades, and production readiness.
