Job summary

BRMi is seeking an experienced UAT Analyst to support a Fraud Systems team, focusing on validating business requirements and ensuring system changes function as expected before implementation.

You will develop high-quality, repeatable, and automation-ready test cases, partner with stakeholders, and support successful production releases. This role promotes UAT best practices within Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in UAT, QA, or business/system validation.
• Strong experience developing UAT test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
• Hands-on experience executing functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience documenting and tracking test results, defects, risks, and resolutions.
• Experience using test management and defect-tracking tools in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UAT plans, test cases, test scripts, test scenarios, and supporting documentation.
• Create comprehensive and repeatable test cases aligned with business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Design test cases with future automation in mind, including clear steps, expected results, and reusable data/assets.
• Review requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure complete test coverage.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for system updates and releases.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects and issues discovered during testing.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve testing issues and participate in defect triage.
• Support release readiness activities and post-production verification.
