Klarna Payments is seeking a Delivery Manager in Los Angeles to own partner integrations from scoping through go‑live and beyond. You will manage multiple implementations, coordinating with Product and Engineering to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.

You will troubleshoot API and payments issues in real time, apply AI tools to speed delivery, and translate technical details for partners and stakeholders.

Formación

• 3+ years in technical program or delivery management within payments or fintech.
• Ability to troubleshoot integrations and APIs.
• Experience with AI tools to accelerate delivery.
• Ability to communicate across engineering and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Run multiple concurrent partner implementations from scoping to go‑live and beyond.
• Troubleshoot partner‑reported technical issues in real time across APIs and payment processing.
• Use AI tools to move faster through delivery work and define integration scope with cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure every implementation meets Klarna’s quality standards and delivers value.
• Translate learnings about partner systems into feedback for products and integration frameworks.
