Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Product Manager, Payments Hardware & Deployment, to oversee the lifecycle, certification, release, and operational readiness of payment hardware solutions. You will align Product, Deployment, Technology, Operations, and Finance stakeholders to ensure devices are evaluated, certified, launched, deployed, and maintained throughout their lifespan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Payments, FinTech, Operations, Deployment, or related field.
• Experience managing products, projects, or operational initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with external vendors, suppliers, or business partners.
• Ability to identify operational risks, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage payment hardware products throughout the lifecycle from evaluation through end-of-life.
• Coordinate hardware evaluations and provide recommendations based on requirements, needs, cost, and operations.
• Develop and maintain product requirements with stakeholders across business, tech, operations, and deployment.
• Support roadmap planning and prioritization for payment hardware initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and certifications to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate certification, release, deployment, and operational readiness activities.
• Define operational requirements for new hardware launches and document workflows.
