Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read, analyze and interpret operational metrics to define clear business problems and communicate findings.
• Prepare and validate daily, weekly and monthly reports; design proactive alerts for critical metrics.
• Integrate data from diverse sources to build comprehensive reporting for operations management.
• Analyze metric trends to identify process improvements, reduce risk, and improve collections.
• Lead special projects and present strategic insights to senior management.
