Job summary

JPMorgan Payments is seeking a Cross-Currency Solutions Specialist Vice President to execute its growth strategy in FX and payments for large corporates in a regional framework. This role requires deep knowledge of Cross-Currency Solutions and a proven record in driving P&L growth.

You will lead client engagements, develop strategic sales plans, craft compelling presentations with Payments Sales and FX teams, and coordinate with product, RFP, and client service to close deals.

Qualifications

• BA or BS from a top-tier program or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Minimum of 8 years+ of relevant work experience.
• Deep knowledge of transaction banking and cross-currency solutions.
• Experience with sales, client engagement, and RFP processes.
• Understanding of APAC regulatory environment for cash management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the outlined strategy for growing the Cross-Currency APAC P&L for the assigned portfolio
• Pipeline management — target list development, execution from pre-sales to winning mandates and closing deals, senior management reporting
• Create client presentations and presales activities — coordinate with Payments Sales, JPMorgan Corporate and Commercial Bankers and FX Sales for proactive and targeted client calling; develop and present client-relevant and thoughtful solution presentations
• Close coordination with Payment sales, product management and RFP team to coordinate RFP responses and pricing decisions
• Provide continuous feedback to Product teams on emerging trends in the market and client needs for product evolution
• Plan with Payment Sales, Global Corporate and Commercial Bankers and FX Marketers to ensure aligned positioning for clients
• Conduct prospecting of clients that do not use the Cross-Currency solution suite
• Mine the existing portfolio for business development opportunities
• Manage attrition, pursue portfolio growth with existing clients as well as generate new business

Overview

JPMorgan Payments is seeking a Cross-Currency Solutions Specialist Vice President to execute our Cross-Currency Solutions growth strategy. FX and global payments are critical drivers of the international growth agenda for the global Payments and FX businesses. The role involves driving growth of the Cross-Currency Solutions P&L through a full range of sales activities within a regional framework and with cross-region collaboration.

This role requires understanding of the large corporate space and the use of FX through treasury services and cash management type solutions. Knowledge of advanced FX, cash management and merchant acquiring, including hedging and liquidity management, is appreciated. This position is ideal for someone who wants to work with a dynamic, markets-oriented product set and directly drive growth of a key strategic solution for JPMorgan.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• BA or BS from a top-tier program or equivalent graduate-level education preferred
• Minimum of 8 years+ of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of transaction banking, Transactional FX (Cross-Currency Solutions) including Multi-Currency Pricing, cross-border payments, liquidity management and channels
• Strong product-oriented sales experience and acumen. Excellent client-facing skills.
• Understanding of APAC regulatory environment related to cash management, account services and FX
• Ability to develop clear sales and marketing strategies and execute against them
• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with key internal partners – sales, product management, client service, and Global Bankers
